Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel within 25 miles of York (Harrogate, Selby, Malton & parts of Leeds or Ripon) is included in all our packages. For sessions further afield or abroad we'll provide you with a bespoke quote.
What happens if the weather’s bad or I need to reschedule?
We're actually pretty good at doing rain dances...so don't worry. But if Mother Nature persists and we absolutely can't do the shoot then of course we'll reschedule to another time - we don't want to wreck our gear as much as you don't want to get your shoes muddy! For any other cancellations or rescheduling just reach out to us.
Can I customise a photography package to fit all my needs?
Yes absolutely - we pride ourselves on being flexible and working around family life. If you can't find a package that meets your needs but you love our style just drop us a message on the contact form - we'll absolutely be able to come up with something together!
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
We aim to keep you waiting a maximum of two weeks - more often than not we're so excited to see the photos we start processing them straight away! But things can get hectic so we say a maximum of two weeks.
